Our combined advanced botox is perfect for those wanting to further and expand their foundation training. The aesthetic industry is highly competitive and this course will ensure you can offer more advanced treatments, bringing in new clients and making yourself more employable by larger clinics. This course is designed to keep you updated with the newest products and techniques in today’s rapidly evolving cosmetic industry so that you can offer more variety to your patients.  On our advanced course, you can expect comprehensive demonstrations and in-depth hands-on training by our highly experienced trainers. More time will be allocated to injecting than theory, due to the high number of procedures covered and that you would have already covered a lot of the theory during your foundation programme.  We recommend only completing this course if you have completed a foundation course previously. Cancellation Policy

Refund / Cancellation Policy Rebecca Mackay Aesthetics Training Academy aims to keep fairness and transparency in all financial transactions. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted, including the process and timeframes for refund requests. 1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are only available under the following circumstances: • Course cancellations by the academy: If the academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will be rescheduled onto the next available date. • Delegate withdrawals (with notice): Delegates who withdraw with sufficient notice (2-week notice) will be eligible for a partial refund of 50%. • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, participants may submit a refund request. Refunds in these cases are granted at the academy’s discretion. 2. Refund Amounts and Deadlines Refunds vary based on the timing of the request: • More than 14 days before course start date: 75% refund of the course fee not including administrative fee of £300. If only the deposit has been paid, you will get this refunded minus the administrative fee of £300. • 7-14 days before course start date: 50% refund of the course fee or deposit. • Less than 13 days before course start date: No refund available for deposit or full course fee. Note: Certain non-refundable administrative fees may apply to all refund requests as stated above. 3. Refund Process To request a refund, participants should follow these steps: 1. Submit a refund request form: Fill out the form with the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation (e.g., medical notes for emergencies). 2. Send the form to the academy’s administration team: Email or submit the form directly to the Centre’s administration within the refund deadline period. 3. Processing Time: The academy will review the request within 10 business days of receipt and inform the participant of the outcome. 4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days following approval. 4. Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable: • Materials and course kits: Any course materials, kits, or products bought as part of the program are non-refundable. • Administrative fees: A standard administrative fee may be retained to cover processing costs, particularly for late cancellations or administrative expenses.
